How do I amend my reservation

If you need to amend your reservation, please contact us vis the details on the contact us page. All extensions are generally subject to availability. If you wish to shorten your stay, you may be subject to cancellation charges if you don’t provide sufficient notice. Details of the cancellation policy for your apartment are included in your booking confirmation.

How do I check-in?

You’ll be given a code to the key safe which will allow you to access the keys to enter the property. Standard check-in time for all of our properties is 3pm. Early check-in is sometimes possible, but needs to be requested in advance.

What do I do with my keys upon checking out?

Keys should be returned to the key-safe provided at your property.

How do I make a payment?

When making payment you have two main options:

Card Payment – we accept payment via our online payment system, supplied by Stripe. This system accepts payment from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB.

Bank transfer – we accept payment in GBP.

When do I need to pay?

Once your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive an invoice which must be paid at the time of booking. (Unless agreed otherwise prior to booking)
